I cannot recommend Sára highly enough! When I first began my exercise journey a few months ago, I hadnt set foot in a gym for around 10 years. Since that time, I'd had three children and felt very out of shape.
Sára was very patient and encouraging, and my fear of whether I looked out of place amongst others in the gym soon disappeared. She took time to help me work out what goals I wanted to achieve and was the best cheerleader! I now love working out, and noticing a difference in my strength and the way I look in just a few months, has boosted my confidence in all areas of my life. Thank you Sára!

Sara is a very uplifting and empowering PT. I came to her because I had stopped exercising due to adrenal fatigue in the previous 18 months and had put on a lot of weight. She created a plan to not only get me energised but to start lifting again. I was surprised how quickly I progressed but didn’t feel like I was being tortured every session which is amazing. Now that I have my strength and energy back, I am working on my calorie deficit so that I can start to lose weight. Having her help me with this will be instrumental to my success. I feel ready to tackle this now.

Last year I decided I needed at PT, at 58 I was told I needed to train with weights. I had no idea where to start.

I met with Sara and she put me at ease immediately. Sara is great, she has helped me gain confidence at the gym  and find my own confidence again. Our sessions together are fun and we spend alot of time laughing. I'm loving seeing my shape change.

I have been working with Sára for about a month now and it has been incredible. She has such a positive outlook on working out and it is infectious. From day 1 she has listened to my concerns and goals and has created a programme just for me, and it suits me wonderfully. She has given me invaluable nutrition advice that I will use for the rest of my life and has given me so much confidence in myself. In just a few short weeks I have lost weight, doubled the weight I’ve been lifting in the gym and felt so much more positive about my body. Once you start seeing those results after a few weeks that is all the motivation you need to keep going. You just need to get through that beginning and Sára will help you get there!

Working towards your goals with the advice and support of somebody who knows what they are doing is totally different to trying to do it by yourself, and Sára has the perfect mix of supportive encouragement and tough love to keep you accountable to yourself and to make sure reach your goals. She really does listen to you and does not prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach like other PTs do. I told her, I will not start running and I will not stop eating cake – and I haven’t! I never thought loving my body and getting in shape could be this easy, fun and fulfilling.

I cannot recommend this woman enough! Sara is the most encouraging, caring, supportive and strong woman I know. As a PT she is constantly pushing me to my limits in order to get me to where I want to be.She's helping me with my recovery, with my preparation for the 'End to End Walk' and just being there for general advice.For example, this time last year I was in hospital with practically all of my muscle eaten away from my body but now, only 6 months into my recovery, I have just managed to do 7kg shoulder press!!

If you need a push, or advice, or guidance, she is the one to go to! Really worth giving her a follow and considering her PT sessions!
